This is important because two men lost their lives far too early, but justice has not been served. Bethany was convicted of two counts of first degree murder, yet there was NO physical evidence. The only physical evidence the state presented was a fingerprint on a tequila bottle that their expert analysis stated that it was placed in a way that would suggest she was pouring the alcohol. There was no physical evidence that proved she had any involvement in what had happened. Bethany will spend her life in jail for something she did not do.
Alisa Massaro will only have to physically serve 3-4 years and has gotten away with murder. She claimed she knew Josh was serious when he said he was going to rob the men, she also admitted to having sex on top of the two dead men's bodies.
believe that the state is wrong for letting her testify cause lf the fact that she played such a huge part but i do believe that all memeber should have gotten the same amount of time i knew bethany i have stopped her from many suicidal thoughts and self hurt in school bathrooms, i do believe she was aware of the crime but didnt take it serious its sad but at the same time she played a part she wanted help she fled the scene and she did see the bodies and tho she didnt call the cops thats what makes her just as guilty so justice there isn't any for neither your family nor there's i was terrances friend I've known him for a long time i knew bethany to since 6th grade its sad allisa should me retrialed i believe and so should bethany without a testmony from allisa what the verdict would be who knows what it should be both life without porole , goodluck
ReplyDeleteWhy didn't bethany ask for a plea deal. It seemed to me she was the one who would of got the deal out of all three. It seemed there was more evidence against allisa then there was against bethany. Bethany is going to have to face the fact, that her so called friend is going to walk out of the same prison in only four years. That does not seem right.
